Conference registration for the fall 2018 VIE Conference at James Madison University is now open!
Submit a Proposal: As always, we are looking for great session proposals. Proposals relating to International Student & Scholar Services, Education Abroad, Enrollment Management, and Campus/Community Programming are the most popular, but we are always looking for any topics that are of interest to members. If you have a proposal idea, please complete the Session Proposal Form online. If you have an idea for a presentation but don’t want to present alone, please go ahead and fill out the form and indicate you would like help finding a co-presenter. Parking: Parking passes will distributed by a student assistant on levels 3-5 of the Madison Street Parking deck, (C-1 of the map), which is located at the corner of MLK Jr Way and South Mason St. If you are staying at the Hotel Madison on Thursday night, parking is $5 for the night. On Friday morning, you may utilize the park pass distributed by the student assistant in the Madison Street Parking Deck.

Accommodation: There are rooms reserved at the Hotel Madison in Harrisonburg. You will need to ask for the VIE rate. Please reserve by September 10th for the best rate.

The registration fee for participants is $40/person. and $95/person for vendors.
